The Competition Conquer the Beach Battle and earn the title of King, Queen, or Team of the Beach. Event Details Beach Battle is a Hybrid Fitness Event, blending strength and running challenges. You'll face 10 strength stations, which can include, but are not limited to: Tyre Flips Tyre Pulls Burpees Net Crawls Bear Crawls Farmers Carries Sand Bag Carries Power Pulls Lunges Sled Pulls and more... *After each station, you'll run a 500m loop. Repeat this process until all 10 stations are completed. Timing Athletes will start in waves with 10-15 minute intervals. You can choose your wave during registration. Elite Athletes will be timed individually by their BIB numbers, which must be visible at all times. Penalties Failure to complete any station or run with the required standards will result in disqualification, though you can still participate in the event. Event Conduct Beach Battle operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If a station is occupied, choose another or wait until it's free. If your final station is occupied, wait time will be deducted from your overall time. Categories Elite Male / Female: For competitive athletes aiming for the podium. Fun: For those seeking a unique workout and challenge (and hey, it's on the beach!). Team: Teams of two (male/male, female/female, or male/female). Complete stations collectively and Run together. No assisting each other, or you'll be disqualified.
